The BEST One!, July 12, 2014

Every emotion you can feel will be screaming at you by the time you finish this book! I only thought I was prepared. Seriously!?! I don't like to give out spoilers, so just know that everything you thought true will be put to the test. We fly on high as Michaela accepts her destiny leading this war only to later plummet back to earth. I laughed so hard at Clark's smart aleck remarks, reveled in Gabriel & Michaela's escapades, tensed when the battles began, & never even saw the tears coming. Regardless they broke through like a bursting dam, completely unstoppable. The Only One is undoubtedly the most intense of this series, & I hereby dub thee The BEST One!

Thankfully The Lost One picks up right where The Hunted One left us with a few flashbacks thrown in from Iris & Isaac and visions that will shock you! Taking us to a darker place in time when things don't seem very hopeful & every day is a battle to fight on. Just when we think the end is upon them,  their fates sealed, everything begins to fall into place. Each of the Archangels, Nephilim, Descendents, & The Fallen have to work through their issues, feelings, & doubts which gives us a deeper understanding of their purpose. I simply adore these characters & each of their individual journeys moved me. Even Lucifer & Loki will won me over. BUT Gabriel, Michael, & Clark constantly shine through. And...after that ending...onto Book 3, The Only One!
