Ashton Taylor. Six foot one, Dark hair, chiseled jaw, riveting hazel eyes, and a body cut in all the right places. He’s a natural. Things just come easy to him. He’s used to getting everything he wants, excelling at everything he does. The grades, the recognition, the beautiful women.
His path was set. A girl, a full scholarship to UC San Diego, and a bright future. To others, his life seemed perfect. But, things are never what they seem, and life, well, at any moment, something or someone can come along and turn it upside down.
That something…the death of his father.
That someone… Cara Hayward. The girl with the hypnotic eyes, melodic voice, enchanting smile, and lips sent straight from heaven.
The girl who doesn’t want to be seen.
So what happens when a guy who everything comes easy to, meets a girl who doesn’t come easy?
Can he crawl through all the broken glass to find her? Will the girl he discovers deep down be able to see past his perfect exterior?
Together, do they have the power to heal one another? Or, could the very thing that brings them together, be the one thing that tears them apart?

~ Interview  with Beth Michele ~
 1) What sparked your idea to write your latest book?

I wrote a short scene about a girl who wanted to be invisible and it blossomed into a full-length novel.

2) While writing this book did you encounter any challenges bringing it to life? (research, literary, or psychological)

This was a very emotional write for me.  There is a lot that goes on in the story so I found myself getting very emotional, but in a good way.  :)

3) Do you have a favorite character from your stories?

My favorite character from this story would have to be Ashton.  I love that he loves hard.  He loves his family and Cara with everything he has and he’s not afraid to show it.

4) Is there anything you would like your fans & followers to know about you?

I’m a kid at heart.

5) Do you set aside reading time for yourself? What book are you reading now?

Yes.  I absolutely love reading and always find time for it even when I’m writing.  The last book I read was Arsen.  I just started RUIN.

THANKS SO MUCH! Have a great weekend!

Jason speeds toward me, his messy blond hair falling over his eyes, his long arms flailing as he attempts to control the books slipping out of his backpack. He manages to catch two of them before they hit the ground. “I’ve got to meet with Professor Hallsworth about my Linguistics exam and then I’m gonna go for breakfast. Wanna come?”
The thought of pancakes makes my mouth water, but my Econ paper calls. “I can’t. I’ve got a paper due and I need to head to the library to study.”
“Sounds like a blast. Alright, well, maybe we can play some hoops after …” Jason stops dead in his tracks. “Oh. My. God.”
I look up to see Olivia Winkler sauntering in our direction, all long legs and tight ass with tits that could make almost anyone drop to their knees.
Been there, done that.
His mouth hangs open as she shoulders by me.
“Hey, Ash,” she coos.
His eyes widen, making him look like a cartoon character as he whips his head around to follow her movement. “Holy hell, Ash. Can I be you for just one day? Lord, just give me one day.”
I shake my head on a laugh. “Yeah, she’s hot as hell, but when she moaned it was like a gerbil being squeezed within an inch of its life.”
Jason slaps my arm and snorts. “Bro, for some of that, she can freaking squeal like a pig for all I care.”
“You, my friend, are a pig,” I mock.

~ About the Author ~
I am a wife, a mom, an author, and a lover of all things chocolate, well, anything sweet really. While stuffing chocolate in my face, I enjoy reading young adult and new adult novels furiously, and spending time with my husband and two adorable children who keep me on my peppermint pink painted toes. Those same children who inspire me to tell silly stories that cause hysterical giggles to tumble from their bellies.
I love to laugh and love to have a good cry, especially after reading a novel that stretches my soul, one that makes me feel, and lingers in the corner of my heart.
I’m a hopeless romantic and a happily ever after fanatic, and I love to write about LOVE.
I began writing when I was in middle school, penning anything from short stories, to poetry, and then later moved on to write children’s books.  I have now endeavored into New Adult and Contemporary Romance novels and am loving every minute of it.  My first novel, Love Love, was released in May, 2013.
